A truly serendipitous discovery and something of a legacy, the story behind the circles is quite simple. Misu was my cat. When she passed I wanted to spread some of her ashes where we used to play on the beach. I picked up a rake to clear the area and quickly found creating patterns in the sand to be incredibly soothing. The rest is history. The circles have evolved over the years and, for me, personally, have become a source of deep inner peace, challenging mental focus and tremendous physical exercise.
